there is no way to contact the author!!! their website only redirect us to shopify

Easy setup and integration with very responsive and helpful support from developers. They are open to feedback and suggestions, and have already added one of my requests to their priority list for future updates. Overall this app is much more intuitive, easy to use, and looks much better on the front end than other apps that we have tried.

Can't say enough great things about this platform. I had been using a different one for about a year and constantly ran into technical issues which prompted me to look for an alternative solution . Right off the bat, Auction Plus has given me everything I need to continue running my business and has saved me a ton of time with the various capabilities it offers. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to other business owners!

I can't say enough good things about the customer service. I've been using the Tipo auction app for around 2 years, and they haven't made a single noticeable update or implemented any requests I've made, while Brendan was super responsive and helpful, and customized several things I requested. US Based support vs Vietnam based with a 12 hour difference is also invaluable. The app is also very thought out, and has a lot of time saving features for being around less than a year. I'm told they have a collection page bidding widget coming, which our customers really missed when we tried out Auction Plus. I can't wait till they have it ready so I can start using this app again.

I tried several other auction apps for Shopify before finding Auction Plus. They were all missing a key feature that Auction Plus gets right - the ability to combine multiple auctions wins AND regular fixed price items into one normal shopping cart and order. The email notifications from Auction Plus have been quicker and more reliable than the other auction apps I tried, and customer support from Brendan has been great! I was looking for some small tweaks and he was able to do them or tell me how to do them, all with clear explanations and fast replies. I am really looking forward to building up the auction side of my business with Auction Plus.

Good so far, it provides the basic functionalities with no extra cost. Customer service is super helpful.

So far so good. Install process went smooth and painless. I was able to set up an future auction and had a question. Their Chat Support was on the ball and answered my question in about 30 seconds after contact. I will update my review after completing a couple of auctions next month but so far the ease of setup, ease of use, and the super fast support response are great signs. Thanks! EDIT: I have completed a couple of auctions and they went flawlessly.

very easy to use!

Support was real quick to help me resolve issues with my theme template.

Super helpful customer service - very quick to respond to any questions. User friendly app, and the best value Auction app around by a long way!! Highly recommend!

great company easy to work with highly recommended

We love this auction app. It has helped our business grow and we are putting up more and more auctions weekly. The customer service support is amazing too. They are always looking to help and improve the site with new upgrades. BTW our customers just love the app and can't wait for when we open and close the auctions. The feedback we get is that they are addicted to the auctions.

Brendan and team were super quick getting back to me. Best auction app I've used so far!

Auction Plus is an excellent app for your store! It's super easy to use, and any issues are fixed by Brendan and the team very quickly. Their communication and knowledge is great and I can't recommend this app highly enough. Great job!

We can recommend Auction Plus with confidence. The app worked perfectly for our needs and the customer service was exceptional. It was a breeze to set up and didn't require any coding or special tweaks to Shopify. We couldn't be happier.

Very easy to use once setup and support has been exceptional! Keep up the good work!
