This app is amazing! I filtered through a lot of other AI chat options for my site and decided to try AskTimmy.ai. It does everything I would like it to and so much more! The team is extremely helpful too and were able to show me all the cool features you can use with this. I highly recommend this and am so happy with it!

So far AskTimmy has been great! It's taking care of a lot of customer service inquiries and already helped with quite a few orders placed. So far, so good. I researched many options. The integration and training options for AskTimmy meet all my needs. I have an exceptionally large product catalog, so I was skeptical, but so far it seems to be learning my products. I'll update once the learning is complete and all products are synced.
Tried to install a botpress bot on my webshop. After 3 weeks of trying it didn't work. Installed This app and after setting it up for about an hour it works like a charm! Never imagined it would be so good. Untill now he managed to answer all the possible questions. Really impressed!
The app works very well. Of course, it’s important to provide the AI tool with the right information. Support from the developer is excellent. Since purchasing the app, we have been supported by Siva, he is patient and takes all the time needed to explain the functionalities. In short, highly recommended and truly a valuable addition to our shop.

We were after a real conversational AI search and chatbot for our store. After testing multiple AI apps, we were lucky to find this one and this awesome team (especially Sowmiya who made sure our requests were processed on time!). We went live today hurraay!! The app ticks off many boxes for us (and I'm sure it will for you too) - Real AI search, AI chatbot with controlled settings and config options, international pricing, product page widget, handover to shopify inbox and many more. Like any app, it require some tweaks, the dashboard needs a bit of a UI uplift - perhaps an onboarding tour (a few settings were tricky to find at first), but the support is so fast it didn't matter. Definitely give it a go!
