I am new to Appstle and had a couple of questions. Derek took the time to explain things to me and he created a couple of looms to show me how to do what needed to be done. He went above and beyond. Great customer support!

Had a technical issue with another app blocking the apps behaviour and they responded quickly and found a workaround to get me back up and running!

Support is literally the ONLY reason I'm still with them. If support didnt exist I would have already left. The ease of use, onboarding, and explanations are pretty bad and could be a lot clearer & intuitive in the app, but support is willing to help and make sure you get what you need. They are willing to hop on calls and have hopped on two with me, helping to clear up the confusion and get me taken care of. All in all, the app logic works, the user interface is terrible and the customization they provide so you can match your theme store is extremely lacking. You have to custom code everything which is not what I wanted to have to do. Looking for alternatives asap.

Hands down, the best customer service I have ever had. After I started using Appstle for subscriptions, I also moved over to their loyalty app from another provider. The cut over was seamless and easy!

Great app! It has amazing features that are well thought out for problems that may arise with loyalty points/credits. What's even better is the great support - I reached out 3 times on different occasions and the response was not only quick but also straight to the point to help solve the problem I was facing. Overall positive experience so far!
