Nice App. Support team is very helpful

I had a great experience with the AOV.ai support team! Max and Jasmine were both very helpful, patient, and attentive in answering my questions as I set up the app in my Shopify store. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and willingness to help. Thank you, for making the setup process easier! Highly recommended.

thanks for the support macy

First thing first, one of the best app support team I have had pleasure of working with on Shopify, especially Jenny, Carla, Thea and the product development team. They were available 24/7 and straightened out the issues I was facing in 30 mins. I have zero experience with building websites, yet the entire setup process was incredibly straightforward and easy to follow. It only took me a few minutes to add product recommendations to my store’s cart, and everything worked smoothly. The display has also made my cart look much cleaner, more professional, and easier for customers to navigate. Definitely a great experience so far! Keep up the great work!

Great customer service! The team was very helpful and provided recommendations to help increase my Average Order Value (AOV). I'll be testing their suggestions to see how well they work. Looking forward to seeing the results!

Easy to use app with all the features you need to have a good cart drawer. I've tried several of the paid ones and just got tired of paying for them honestly. This one works the same if not better than the paid versions. Susan was very prompt to help me and answered my questions! I would recommend this if you want a nice, clean modern looking cart that is mobile friendly.

Jasmine was amazing! She helped me fix my cart issue quickly and clearly. Super quick and super helpful.

Thea was so much help and went way above and beyond and helped me with every detail this app is wonderful !!

The support provided by this app is truly excellent: always available, professional, and fast. In particular, I would like to thank Jasmine and Maison, who helped me
