AOV.ai PreOrder Back in Stock is a very useful app for adding pre-order options to products that are currently out of stock. The initial setup is pretty straightforward but if you need help customizing specific features, their support team is very responsive and helpful. Kyle and Annie were incredibly helpful and made the process very easy. Highly recommend!

The app is incredibly easy to set up, and Jasmine was able to help me match the colors and fonts to my store. Can't recommend this app enough!

She helped me resolve my issue super quickly, without any hassle, and even supported me with fixing branding elements on my theme. The whole experience felt smooth, professional and genuinely supportive. As a small business owner setting up my website, having responsive customer support makes such a difference, and this app has been excellent so far, especially considering there is a free option available.
