Very smooth and simple configurator. The customer support is absolutely world class; the developer is helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend this app to anyone who want's to bring their product experience to the next level.
Great app, great support! Were very happy with the service provided, its a very unique value add in the space.
A work of quality followed by an irreproachable accompaniment, Angle knew to adapt perfectly to our particular requests with a lot of efficiency and professionalism.
Great, swift design of our candle system.
You have to try this app. Its so awesome. It has all features you need to build a awesome 3D Configurator. This is the only app in shopify marketplace which have this great usability and this unique features. Its like using an app from the future. The support is fast und you get help with everything you need. The backend of the app is easy to understand. For the people who wanna have an example. Here is our product: www.dotcomscan.de Best Regards from Germany
Mael did a great job helping us with finding the perfect fit for our company. The 3D Configurator is a great app but ultimately was not exactly what we needed. Mael did not try to sell us a product that did not fit our needs and we truly hope to have a product that we can use with this 3D app. We appreciated the truthfulness and his expertise.
Outstanding App and Customer Service! We recently integrated the Angle 3D Customizer app into our Shopify store, and we couldn't be happier with the results! The app itself is top-notch, offering a wide range of customization options that have truly enhanced our customers' shopping experience. The interface is intuitive, and the features are robust, allowing us to create stunning, interactive 3D models with ease. What sets this app apart, however, is the exceptional customer service. John and Maël have been absolutely phenomenal. They went above and beyond to assist us with the setup and customization process, responding promptly to our queries and providing expert guidance every step of the way. Their dedication and professionalism have made a significant difference, ensuring a smooth and seamless integration. We highly recommend Angle 3D Customizer to any Shopify store owner looking to elevate their product customization and customer engagement. This app is a game-changer, and the support team is simply the best! Thank you, John and Mael, for your outstanding service!
This is an incredibly powerful and empowering application - but not only that, the founder and developer is an incredible support and has been there since day 0 to help me resolve all of my issues. He does not prejudice if you get his assistance or use 3rd party 3d designers, he simply wants to be there to serve you and your business in the best way possible. I have been absolutely blown away not only by the application but Maël himself, his patience and intelligence, and would highly recommend this to anyone. We move to Angle3D from Expivi, who's support was very lackluster, and couldn't be happier. Maël is the real deal - hardworking, honest and a great guy.
Mael gives amazing service. He thoroughly explains everything and is very transparent with what he can offer and how the app works. Highly recommend!
Mael was very helpful. He was honest about how using their app maybe overkill for our store and advised us to use the free, native 3D viewer in Shopify. He also pointed us to some resources to get our files professionally converted to the appropriate format to get us started. We will be back to use the app if the complexity of our models increases.
This app turned our boring sauna shop into a beautiful, user-oriented one. Excellent design, well-made features, brilliant and quick support by lovely people... everything made us excited and happy! We are sure this is the best app we have used on Shopify.
We searched many other apps and companies to provide us a 3D configurator solution before deciding to go with the Angel 3D app. Visit www.cartsblanche.com to view this app in use. This app has enabled us to design a user-friendly 3D website with AR. Our customers are delighted. We couldn't have achieved it without the Angel 3D app, and we believe it is way under-priced after comparing it to the industry standards, which can run into thousands to tens of thousands. The level of customer support is superior and we can confidently state that this is the "Best App on Shopify". If you need to configure your 3D models and offer customization to your clients, look no further, the Angel 3D app is what you need.
Great application, it's easy to use and the customer service are really helpful.
We have used this app for a few months now after searching for a solution for well over a year! The app is very versatile and a perfect way to work around shopify's 100 variant limit, performs excellently and looks fantastic! Customer service was fast and brilliant and helped us work out all the problems we had swiftly, would give more than 5 stars if i could!
Really good app. The best i found in the market. And the Support they`re giving is just awesome. Thank you!
I am delighted to write a 5-star review for this app, which delivers an impressive solution for showcasing and customizing products in 3D. Which made our brand stand out from the competition. The app offers unlimited configuration setups, which makes it an ideal choice for businesses that require a high level of customization for their products like mine does. This level of detail is vital in driving conversions and boosting customer satisfaction. What makes this app truly exceptional, however, is the support provided by Mael, the creator. Mael is always available to help and is committed to providing honest reviews and solutions to any issues that may arise. His responsiveness and willingness to provide videos and other resources have been invaluable in solving any problems I have encountered. Overall, I highly recommend this app for anyone who wants to showcase their products in 3D. This is the best 3D configurator, no doubt.
Perfect app! Great service!
This app is a game changer for my business. The simple but high quality UX really helps differentiate my products from the competition. Angle3D has excellent customer service & their 3D artists provide fast & cost-effective modeling services when I've needed large and small changes to my models. My customers are loving the configurator and I plan to build several more with them.
This is an incredible app with first-rate support. We paid for the 3D models and setup, which was well worth it, as the quality and user experience is wonderful. The format is not suitable for semi-translucent materials, but that is the .glb format and nothing to do with the app. We are in the process of adding additional models. If you want to customise products, look no further. Highly recommended.
By far the best builder i've come across on Shopify and i've tried over a dozen! The only one I could find to do the job with reasonable price. We've been able to make some amazing builders with the app! https://avpbroadcast.com/collections/maxxum-panels
