Amazing customer service, required solely because I doubted my own ability with setting up GA4 in google. Considering I am currently on the free version, I was surprised at the response and assistance received. For sure, I will be upgrading as soon as my store starts to make money. I installed this because when I first set up my site Shopify hadn't enabled G4 tracking yet. But I am glad I chose them, and would still use Analyzely even though G4 install is now offered through Shopify. This is for 3 reasons: 1) Analyzely made it super simple to install, and have excellent videos to walk you through 2) their tech support is extremely helpful in tracking down any issues (it was a user created issue in Google due to my inexperience, not an issue with their app itself) 3) the paid version is affordable (I went with annual option) and provides reports that are MUCH easier to use and understand compared to Google's own reports. This helps me understand clearly what is working well in my store and easily identify ways I can build from. The added revenue that sort of information provides makes the small investment well worth it for me!

Appalling support. Over a period of a week sent numerous questions to support and not one replied to. For what its worth my questions were regarding the reports. They all focused on "top 10" of "top" performing pages etc. There seems to be no way of getting any deeper level of reports? There doesnt appear to be any kind of filtering options and basically incredibly limited. I could be wrong - but dont think so -and maybe this is why they couldnt be bothered to reply? Who knows but I am not waiting to find out as I dont want to pay a years subscription to such a limited app with such appauling back up.

Honestly they could have done a better work. Reports that you can't customize, not being able to find products with worst performing add to cart rates, basic infos. When asking the customer service he advised me to go on google analytics to create such reports. Then why would I use this app? Anyway useless..

Had a lot of issues with tracking data from Shopify to GA4. Our marketing agency tried a lot of diffrent APPs, but nothing worked as we wanted. Analyzely worked exactly as we wanted. Easy to setup, great support. Highly recommend.

We've only just started using tis but if the other reviews are anything to go by looking forward to having our GA4 attribution becoming more accurate, and more closely matching our Shopify!

So far so good, extremely easy to install, user interface very clean and easy to understand, having the option to choose which events to want to track. Very nice simplyfied Google Analytics data imported into the shopify admin to get an overview of traffic and sales. Now I hope that all checkout completed events show up in Google Analytics because with the previous app I used that did not happen. Before I installed I emailed various questions to the app developers and the answers were very clear and to the point, so it their app: to the point and clear.
