We just implemented the app recently. For us the most important aspect for a new app is the customer service. And here they did an excellent job. We needed to match Bundle orders between Amazon and Shopify. This feature was not available when we tested the app first. But the team went all the to accompany our request and developed this feature within a very short time. So so far very good experience and everything seems to work as it should. It makes managing the stock between store and amazon very easy and also the capacity to define an inventory % to be available on amazon and also the pricing % to set above or bellow makes managing the inventory and pricing on amazon very easy. Also I have asked for a feature that I need and they will develop it for us, which is amazing as its like having your own developers.
