Been looking at a solution to get amazon listings going for some time -- this app is so straightforward to use and they offered a free trial option and excellent customer service.

The app incorrectly indicates that my Amazon account is in Vacation Mode, which is not the case. Everything is properly configured and in good standing: my account is active, payments are up to date, and all selling permissions are correctly enabled. Unfortunately, customer support has not responded to my requests. Given these ongoing issues and the lack of support, I would rather switch to a different app.

Very disappointed with this app. Not helpful in anyway even after trying hard for two months nothing seems to work. Unable to upload the product and variation, they all get split once uploaded. Flat file has to be uploaded from Amazon then link the product to Shopify is the only option. If shipping labels are generated from Amazon, it is not updated on Shopify. Even after 2 days of shipping the status remains unshipped. The suggestion given is to manually update it on Shopify. Just wasted my time and energy on this app, not recommended at all.

Unfortunately, our experience with CedCommerce has been very disappointing. Many Amazon listings contain incorrect product information, pricing errors, and wrong ASIN mappings. Despite spending a significant amount of money on their services, the implementation has been poorly managed. Even worse, my last two emails requesting assistance to fix these issues have gone unanswered. Poor communication, unreliable product listings, and disappointing service overall. We expected much better.

It has been a great help from CedCommerce led by Neha and Nupur in the process to import into Amazon Seller Central. Their expertise allowed us to upload samples of my products. Everyone that deals with Amazon realizes the complicated model, especially if you have a lot of variation. They were able to resolve all issues and provided guidance and templates, plus step by steps in educating on how to do it. Great service and I STRONGLY recommend using them.

Horrible. Their program does not work. I have been on Amazon for 15 years. They want me to pay some programmer 3 grand to set up the program. They have horrible customer service and only respond to messages 2 days a week. They ruined my whole vacation after 3 weeks of messing around with this wasting hours of my time on a program that won't work. They say things will work when they won't. Absolutely atrocious program. Stay away.

Amazon by CedCommerece is a great app that allows us to sell our products on Amazon. Ankit with customer service was great and worked tirelessly to fix a couple of issues that were limiting our products.

I dont normally like to pay for apps but it pays for itself. Used this app for quite a while now. works really well, much better than the market place connect app. We also have some weird requirements which I've submitted to their development team to get something bespoke setup. Would definitely recommend!
