I have found the app to work perfectly fine and have used it for some time - no problem. I have just installed my 3rd app by Code Black on the basis that the support has been second to none - response times are always incredible. Recently had an issue with currency conversion & Google - Code Black quickly found a solution to ensure Google shopping remained happy.

What is good: - The Also Bought block looks nice in our store (both in web and mobile version). - Relatively easy to install and configure. - Support team is there to respond. What is not so good: - You can configure recommended products manually, but for 1 product at a time. There is no option to do that for a collection. And also you can't duplicate already created manual recommendation and assign it to another product, which would make the process faster. You can either do it for the whole list of your products (including cart) via global recommendations. Or for each product 1 by 1. If you a have lot of SKU in your store, then it's quite a lot of work. - Another thing is that we wanted to configure certain recommendations for the cart page. But it's not possible yet. - As mentioned by others, statistics shows the number of products sold via the app, but doesn't specify which ones. So it's kind of useless to be fare. You can enable tracking, but you will have a note in a packing slip which says "also bought clicked" and you will have to remove that note manually from each order. That's not an option for us. Overall, I would say it depends on your goal: if you fine with relying on automatic recommendations than you can try it. If you wanted more flexibility, I'm afraid it's not going to be very easy.

This app is a must have. It works very well, installs very quickly (and with no fuss) and is easy to customise. It looks like it is part of my theme, which is brilliant. Also, the customer service is outstanding. If you want a great app that delivers exactly what it says, coupled with probably the best customer service on Shopify, look no further!

If you're looking to follow the Amazon model of "also bought", this is the app for you. Cheap, easy to install, and works without any problems. I needed to make some minor customizations to make it look how I wanted but couldn't figure out how to do it. Frank went in and made the changes for me in less than an hour. Perfect. So where do I begin? Not only were the recommended products some of our bestsellers (as promised), but the team at Codeblackbelt delivered a fantastic product. The installation was easy. The setup was even easier. I could not believe how easy it was to install, after testing a few other apps. Update: I update my review because of two things: 1. The support is AWESOME: I reached them to try to gain sometime while doing manual customization and they answered with useful information very quickly. 2. In one of those exchanges, I suggested an easy fix for the app to ease this process and they did it within a day! Now they made what I was criticizing much more easier Great app and support. 100% recommended ------------------------ This app is really simple to install and looks very good. You can customize many things and the ones that I couldn't I asked to the support team and they did it very quickly and nicely. The reason why I'm giving a 4 star review is because the process to manually select the products that you want to display in the "also bought" line is really slow. You can do it but it but one by one. It would be so much more practical to make it faster. Overall great app and great support

Simple to install, just works. A few tweeks needed to get the visual aspect of the product display needed but overall great.

This is one of the great applications with well designed and user-friendly interface. All you need to do is just Click and Click and make appropriate settings as you wish. Its performance goes without saying that you will be amazed in its result at appropriate price. Highly recommended !!!
