Alpha: Loyalty Program, Points

A new app, but very promising. I needed a way to set up different conditions for different products and the app does exactly that. The team also promised all current features will stay free for early users forever.

Very easy to install. Perfect app for a customizable customer loyalty program. Perfect & immediate support via email. Translation into German was easy with customizable texts and labels.

The app is very simple to set up, has perfect features, but also has a great library of resources and an amazing team for any questions you may have. The App was easy to set up and gives you a lot of customization features for your loyality program. Set up your rewards, and ways to earn is very easy. The VIP program feature has become a main part of our shop.

Alpha is an amazing loyalty program app. Setup was super simple. I had some queries regarding adding points for past purchases and setting up email notifications. Oskar was extremely prompt in guiding me through it.

Have been using the app for a few weeks now and so far everything is great. I ran into a small issue where it wasn't loading properly on my site. I reached out to support and they very quickly had it fixed.
