Name

Akeed: WhatsApp COD Confirm

Subtitle

Automate COD order confirmation on WhatsApp. Zero setup.

Introduction

Confirm COD orders on WhatsApp before you ship. Cut refused deliveries and return costs.

Details

Akeed verifies every cash-on-delivery order on WhatsApp before fulfillment, so you don't pay to ship fake orders or parcels refused at the door. Customers confirm or cancel in one tap, in Arabic or English, and the order is tagged in Shopify automatically. No need to connect your own number: start on Akeed's official WhatsApp infrastructure. Track confirmed, canceled, pending, and unanswered orders in one dashboard, with a follow-up reminder, quiet hours, and send delays.
