Updated Review: From a 10/10 Onboarding Experience to a Complete Loss of Trust I originally gave AITrillion a glowing review after weeks of evaluating retention platforms. The product looked promising, onboarding was well organised, and the team appeared responsive. I was also repeatedly encouraged to leave a review during those early days. Three months of actual usage told a very different story. Charged during testing: Basic WhatsApp features and templates weren't functioning. I was asked to activate a paid subscription to proceed, with an explicit assurance that the amount would be refunded. Persistent technical issues: The WhatsApp icon wasn't working, and customer contacts weren't syncing with Shopify for months. These were fundamental features, not advanced customisations. Constant chasing: Initially support was proactive and then soon became reactive. The promised three-day timelines passed without resolution or updates. Almost every other issue required me to follow up. Refund commitment not honoured: For nearly three months, I kept hearing, "I'll check with accounts and get back." Eventually, I was told the refund wouldn't be processed. Had I been given a clear answer upfront, I would not have continued the subscription. Partial refund after prolonged follow-ups: After numerous emails, repeated explanations and frustrating follow-ups that wasted considerable time, only two months' charges have been processed (Yet to reflect in account) instead of the three months that I was charged for basic features that weren't working with either Shopify or Meta. The biggest disappointment wasn't just the money. It was the time lost. As a founder, I invested in a retention platform to simplify my business, not to spend hours troubleshooting basic features, chasing support and following up on commitments. Technical issues can happen with any software. What matters is how a company takes ownership, communicates and resolves them. A polished onboarding experience means little when the tools don't work reliably, support isn't proactive, and commitments aren't honoured. My original 10/10 review reflected my first impressions. This update reflects three months of actual experience as a paying customer. A retention platform should help businesses retain customers, not lose their own customers' trust.

What is wrong with the app.? I was charged $1299 by showing $0.00 or a free trial. I instantly removed the app. This is really really bad and a cheap way to deduct money.

One of the bad applications in shopify. They have made things more complicated than it should. 1. there whatsapp integrations does not work, 2. Other elements such as notification bar, and other stuff does not work and needs lot of setting to be done 3. Dont go by there instagram ads, those just to fools in installing apps and getting payments from you. One u subscribe you are on your own. 4. they dont offer any setup help. 5. Whatsapp API does not work with them so besware. 6. there plans are confusing and are desinged a way that u endup paying more money than using multile apps. thye count every message as active customer. does not matter if they even are ur custoemer or not. there orders count is not very clear as well So i would suggest, do comparions of apps out there and go for this. there are multiple free apps who offer exact same or better useful ness than this Movie like app, where all things clubbed together to give nice experience but its flop...

The automated engagements have been boosted by the platform & we would be happy to share factual data with Shopify owners. We highly recommend this app from cost saving as well as sales boost automation done for Shopify specifically.

Great App Platform. Everything you need from loyalty rewards program, review widgets, email marketing, push notification, chat bot, email template designer. The support team is AWESOME, I send an email and I guest a response within 10 hours. They also spent time to create documentation to guide you how to install the widgets. It takes a minute to go through everything and make sure it is installed correctly (alot of information) however the app itself can be integrated with other apps which I find nowadays we install so many apps but how do we integrate them together onto the website. I submitted a features request to the loyalty program and their team got right on it and will have it for me this week, at $0 cost ! talk about customer service. LAST BUT NOT LEAST the app captures date, customers who viewed which products most, which emails attracted them, which customer spent the most etc. all in 1 and pricing is affordable.

OMG, This App actually had more features than I expected, It's so awesome. It's all seems automated too, I love this app. It helps with product reviews, emails, rewards, etc. all you need to engage your customers. Another good thing is that you can disable certain features if you do not need them. I will highly recommend

App didn't work out for us but the customer service to take care of that was fantastic! Keep up the hard work and I hope it helps out others in the future.

I took on Aitrillion not long after they launched on the App store. Wanted to combine all daily used apps in to one app and cut costs. At the start it looked great and they promised everything. I am a computer engineer so gave them the benefit of doubt. There was lots of issues and emails to start but overtime and with their support they really customised bugs I found, all improvements I suggested . There support do listen and take on board what you require. I think Aitrillion will go places in the future with their software. I think there interface needs a face lift from a modern design point of view but that's only aesthetics. Updating templates with topical seasonality and current trends. And to allow push subscribes a lesser fee than being charged as a full contact. Wishing you all success with your brand.

I love this app, and the customer service for it. So far I've used used the email campaigns, loyalty program and push notifications. I think it is amazing that they offer so many services in one place, it defintely helps to streamline your business and keep track of everything you have going on. I really look forward to seeing how my business grows from the use of AiTrillion.

This app is truly amazing and helps with automation. While I am still very new at using it, it's working well so far and will be back to add to my comment if need be. The agent helped me set it up from start to finish, no stress at all. Plus, it is free! I definitely recommend using the app.

Great app that combines many different tools in one app! Much easier to work with one app, as having 5 or more separate apps for all the different functions. Easy to install, and it really gives a broad range of advanced functionalities for a good price.
