Buy it now, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and cart drawers can take a shopper past the cart page, and past a checkbox that only lives there. Airtight puts your "I agree" checkbox on cart and product pages and in cart drawers, and a checkout rule refuses the order until the whole cart is agreed to, whichever button was used. The wording the shopper agreed to, and when, is saved on the order. Pro can show the checkbox only for products you choose, such as final sale items, with ready-made wording.
