I've uninstalled this app- and I was still charged. I can't find a way to contact support. (As I no longer have the app installed, and I can't find any support emails) I was charged for your app (AI Product Copy) even though I already removed it from my Shopify store. This app is a really sweet deal. It lets you choose the style of your descriptions, select all products in a 10-50 range, or manually select products with filters, making it very convenient for large stock stores. The generation speeds are very quick too! I want to also give a huge shoutout to Melody at the support team, she was very friendly and was willing to explain every aspect of the app if I had any specific questions. Overall, this is an amazing app for large stock stores needing upgraded descriptions for products and collections

Customer service is great. I asked for Viet language and they customize within a day. Very supportive. Thus the app needs a lot of improvement on language for SEO. I havent found much help on SEO. However, I believe the app will work better everyday.

I can't say enough good things about the Avada SEO Suite, especially its AI Product Copy feature. This is simply the best AI description app I've found (tried a bunch). It delivers product descriptions without fluff. Other AI apps add superfluous adjectives that makes the description sound ridiculous and "salesy". This one avoids sales smarm. It's just clean and to the point.
