For the price, wow. Literally 1000's of images are properly alt-tagged now. Had a glitch when first started using the app, support fixed it within 5 minutes, and everything ran perfectly. I used it on my own site first, but I also run other sites for clients, and I will definitely be recommending that they get this app too.
Great alt text descriptions and very helpful responsive support.
Unfortunately, he copies specifications and writes incorrect descriptions for some product images. He guesses from the image, misunderstands the context of the actual product, writes general descriptions that are not useful for SEO, and does not use the correct keywords.
I'll be honest, when I first downloaded this app I intended to use it once to optimise my alt texts then delete it however after seeing the amazing seo optimised results and the pure ease of use I couldn't be happier to continue using this app for the foreseeable future! Beyond impressed with the results and highly recommend this to all shopify users managing websites with a lot of imagery!
I highly recommend AI Alt Texts by the SEO King team. It's easily the fastest and most effective way to do all your product Alt Texts and more in one massive swoop and automatically keep them up to date. Thanks again!
Been using the app for a few months now. It generally seems to work pretty well. We've found a few instances where it gets the product incorrect, but in general, if it can get it right 95% of the time then it's already saving us a lot of work. Most important is it doesn't just create the alt text from the image, it also tries incorporate the brand and product name. The only thing I wish they could improve is a way to review all of the changes it's made - either as a preview before applying, or a post-run report with the option to roll back incorrect products. Right now, you kind of have to just trust it's done a good job.
AI Alt Texts is a game changer. No other app I've ever used or read about can do it so well, so fast and so easily. Thanks again team for a fantastic product and service.
