This app is really useful if you think about providing your customers with everything they need and do not want to be called as a scam. Tracking order, especially in drop shipping business, is a challenge. With the help of this App, my customers can track their order anytime through the Track Your Order Page on my website within 3 hours of confirming the order. Not only that the support is so good, they are always ready to help you anytime. I would highly recommend it and Aftership Returns App. Both are Free and Amazing at the same time.

Had a small error issue but the After Ship team was very responsive in fixing it. Now works like a charm and has reduced a Customer Service time drain. Definitely recommended! Thank you for all your help, Karan!

Only works with USPS. The orders get sync with Deutsche Post, but the status remains "pending". Useless for any one outside of the US.

Be aware!! They are charging extra for SMS notifications!! They hiding those fees! Don't turn SMS notifications unless you want to pay extra!

We contacted support twice over a week with no response. We were excited to use the app but support is absent.
