super fast response for my questions. The app does whatmost other affiliate apps do, but offers more flexibility on its entry tiers. Specifically, it lets affiliates create much shorter referral links. so far, so good

As a founder, I lost an incredible amount of time here. The support started out friendly, but as soon as real issues came up, I was completely ignored. Specifically regarding DNS settings (Hetzner): The technical instructions provided were simply wrong. I eventually had to work out the solution myself – explicitly going against the developer's recommendation – to finally make it work. I cannot afford this kind of unreliability as an entrepreneur. Great UI doesn't help if the support fails when it matters. I am switching to a competitor now (BixGrow Affiliate Marketing)

The app is super intuitive and easy to use. I'm able to create multiple programs for my sales reps and for affiliate marketing. My sales reps love being able to track the effectiveness of their social media efforts and see what lands versus just sharing our main URL.
