Best Support Ever! I’m using many Shopify apps for different features, but the Bristm team, especially Paresh, has been doing a fantastic job. The app provides a location-blocking feature, which is extremely helpful for my store. We were receiving orders from unwanted locations and dealing with fake orders. With this app, I can easily block specific locations and prevent unwanted or potentially fraudulent orders. The features are excellent, easy to use, and have made managing my store much easier. Great features and a fantastic support team! Highly recommended!

My experience is very good. They charged a fee but it was worth it to me to gain the upsell in checkout. Also, I had some minor requests and they were very quick to reply and assist. They have a multitude of apps and I wish more features were combined into 1 app (cost savings) but the apps work great and super easy to install.

I did not regret choosing this app. It's been a solid investment for online store. The app makes it simple to personalize every aspect of the checkout process. While the customization process is straightforward, I think the app could benefit from more in-depth documentation especially into more advanced features. Despite that , the support team was quick to assist when I needed help. Overall the app delivers on its promise and it is a great choice for anyone looking to enhance their checkout.
