Let customers fix address mistakes before you ship

Introduction

Catch address mistakes before they become costly reshipments.

Details

Check new orders after checkout, review flagged addresses, and resolve issues before shipping—without interrupting checkout. AddressSure spots missing unit information, postal mismatches, and your chosen address warnings. Compare the original and suggested address in Shopify admin, then accept a correction or keep the original. When enabled, customers can correct their address on Thank You and Order Status pages within your chosen time window.
