Working with Rajan and the app overall has been an incredibly smooth experience. The team is always open to making custom adjustments, and their response times are impressively fast. Their responsiveness and willingness to help have really built my confidence in both the team and the app.
We recently used Acoofy’s Extended Warranty feature on our Shopify store, and it’s been a solid addition. The feature does what we needed and integrates well into the customer journey. Shubh and Rajan were helpful in getting everything set up to match our requirements. They were responsive, attentive to detail, and made adjustments where needed to ensure it worked the way we wanted. Overall, a good experience and a useful app if you’re looking to offer extended warranties through Shopify.
I highly recommend this Shopify app if you are using the new Shopify Customer Accounts. Instead of installing multiple apps for different features, Accofy provides everything in one place. It keeps the customer account page looking native while adding useful features like wishlist, order cancellation, warranty management, sales bar, and a customer dashboard. A special thanks to Rajan and Shubh for guiding us through the setup. They were very cooperative, patient, and ensured the feature was configured exactly how we wanted. We appreciate their support.

Our customer account page used to be completely empty and honestly embarrassing for a fashion brand. Accofy changed that overnight. Our customers at Amaluna Vogue now have a proper dashboard with wishlist, order history, and Buy Again — and it matches our store's look perfectly, like it was custom built for us. Setup was done by their team without us touching anything. Shoppers are coming back and reordering more since we added it. Excellent customer account app with outstanding support.
