It does what it should and their support is prompt and friendly

Works perfectly. Allowed us to implement a much needed service on our site. Update: I have rated this 5 stars again for their quick response to a previous issue that they addressed.

Terrific app & support. Their team was quick to implement a feature suggestion. Good for small sellers, but not medium to large. Their pricing is based upon number of page views which meant several thousands of dollars annually for us.

What in the world?! They force you to authorize them to charge you $3,600 !! Poor communication!!! Very confusing!!

We installed this app on our website and selected what we felt was an adequate plan. We paid for this plan with the understanding we were paying customers and we were installing a piece of software from a trustworthy source given the reviews here on Shopify. A few days ago, we apparently surpassed some arbitrary number of page views that only they can see and understand. Somehow, they believe this gave them permission to place a grotesque looking ad on our fine jewelry website. No warning. No email. No call and certainly, NO PERMISSION. This company should be banned from Shopify and nobody should ever consider adding this app to their website. Apparently they believe it's their right to spam your customers. Let me be very clear, the app is wonderful. It was a seamless install, and I saw absolutely no reduction in speed for our site. There are so many features, and it becomes obvious after a little exploration of the app exactly how useful this app is for those of us who might require some accessibility assistance. Our entire team was so pleased with the product and how it enhanced our website by making it more accessible to those who might need it. Congratulations to the developers of this app, and for making it reasonably priced for a small business like ours. I would encourage every shopify store to add this app to their storefront.

Although we are new to this program, we set up a zoom to assist with our accessibility statement and it was very helpful and we were guided without any problems. We were able to insert our statement right away into our website. Customer service is great so far.

We installed this app to provide accessibility and also prevent lawsuits claiming accessibility problems. App works great. Easy to install. And when I had issues, Sachin was quick to resolve and went to great extents to help me. 10/5 stars!

Don't even consider this app! We have been using all kinds of Shopify apps for over 10 years and this is the worst app and app support I have ever seen. They can not do the simplest thing which is to automatically charge our Shopify account every month for our usage. They send me an email saying that our subscription renewal has failed, I go to the app to refresh payment method, I have to click at least 10 buttons to update our payment only to see that there is an "error". Then I reach out to the tech support team, it takes about 5 emails to communicate the issue to them and what is their solution? "Set up a video conference with us"?! So, now I need to do a video conference to fix the issue of your glitchy app? No, thank you.

I wasn't aware of accessibility law before. Soon after I learned about this law, I took my first step by installing the Accessibility Enabler app. I like their accessibility interface design. It doesn't cover the whole screen like other apps here and very users friendly. I made a quick comparison and found none of the other apps provide as many options as this app gives. The support team was quick to answer my request. That's what impressed me a lot. I see this app is an affordable option for accessibility. I would highly recommend it to others.

Says there is a free plan but when you get to the installation it asks to purchase a subscription

App was overpriced but worked, one day it didn't and Sachin was so rude and offered no support. I decided to remove this app from my two stores in favor of a company that can understand basic English requests. I even warned Sachin I would do that and he was so smug he didn't even reply. Avoid this company at all costs.

We need to be ADA compliant this works for us. They charge via traffic and while we get that, it could be easier to figure out ones cost comparable to our traffic. But this is a small suggestion and happy with it otherwise. I recommend it!

Great experience with Sachin G Kulkarni. He helped me get an accessibility statement on my Shopify website and was very knowledgeable about Shopify's integration. Additionally, he answered all of my questions regarding accessibility features and was able to share informative articles with me regarding my questions. He was on time for the call and was very respectful. Definitely recommend working with this company.

Do not waste your time. Was charged twice for a year subscription and would not refund me. SCAMMY

This app is a great and affordable option for accessibility, which is so important! I would highly recommend it to other Shopify store managers.

Works as promised. I would recommend this app. I find it easy to use.. little one the pricey side though.

Installed this app 3 days ago and it is a great tool to assure you are conforming and compliant with ADA.
