Abra support and the functionality of the discounting are amazing! They jumped in from Day 1 and helped execute large-scale promotions even jumping into do dev work while the promo was in-flight to provide seamless functionality changes.

We just discovered this app to help improve conversions. The dev team is great and super responsive, helped us get this up and running before the Labor Day Weekend. Magic links has definitely improved our conversions this Labor Day weekend when we ran an email campaign to test what sort of improvement we can expect. Can safely say that the customer experience is much better when they land on the collection and see the products discounted. This helps nudge customers to make a purchase at a cheaper price and much earlier in the process (they make a decision before they reach checkout). Look forward to see new features roll out and testing this out next with ads and into BFCM!

Great app... does exactly what it says it will do, and the team helped set up everything. Daniel was awesome, and has even followed up to see how else they can be helpful. Definitely recommend this app for anyone wanting to make it easier for customers to apply discounts. Our support tickets for "forgot to apply coupon" have definitely gone down thanks to this. Would love to eventually have the option of applying multiple discounts so that different discounts can be applied to different products. That would make this a game-changer.

Great app! This is what Shopify's native discounts should look like. The team is really passionate and extremely competent. They've helped us achieve what we needed by guiding us through and taking care of some of the customisations. The new version is even more customisable. You have the ability to use some of the user friendly features out of the box without the need for a developer, or leverage their APIs to achieve extremely customised user experiences. Hands down the best app to handle any promos.

If you use discount codes, you need to get Abra. Hands down the best app we've added to our Shopify Plus store in 2023. Using Abra links has given us a 30% lift in conversion from our emails, which drives a significant portion of our revenue. Dan and the Abra team have been super helpful as well. Great discount flexibility. Allowed us to overhaul our whole discount structure and give us flexibility to offer different discount amount for different variants and one-time purchase vs. subscription. Had tons of issues before with trying different offers, but Abra solved the problem.

While the application itself is brilliant, what I was most impressed by was the Abra team's ability to make the transition from other promo apps on Shopify so seamless and easy. Not only was this incredibly easy, it also made me feel confident that the promotion we were running would run smoothly, and it really has. Every email I send with any questions gets answered quickly, and any changes or added promotions we want to run are integrated within less than 24 hours. Now about the app, it is really easy to customize and very simple to implement. Overall, I am very pleased and will definitely recommend to other retailers in the industry!
